Abstract: This paper mainly introduces intelligent production management such as data form, calculation method and fault judgment for 6 units,i.e. coal blending & cokemaking,cooling and exhauster,ammonia stripping,desulfurization,ammonium sulphate production and crude benzol removal. Application method of the platform is also given. This intelligent production management platform based on balance calculation could realize real-time data collection to complete the calculation of material balance,heat balance and water balance,analyze the troubles in operation so as to achieve optimized production,energy conservation and emission reduction.

 Domestic coking coal and other main high-quality coking coal are in short supply in China, and the use of high sulfur coal resources is restrained due to high sulfur content. When large proportion of low-sulfur anthracite is mixed,high-sulfur fat coals should be appropriately added according to the behaviors of the coal kind. For environment-friendly heat recovery stamp-charge battery,qualified coke product with CSR≥60% can be produced by accelerating heat-up rate at early coking stage, maintaining constant temperature in coking chamber at middle stage,and appropriately prolonging the soaking time. This solution can dramatically reduce the coal blending cost.

After the coke oven is cooled to normal temperature, damages, severe or slight,would appear on different positions of oven proper due to physical properties of silica brick, structural characteristics of the coke oven and the shutdown operation mode,etc.. According to the specific situation of coke oven after shutdown and relevant theoretical analysis,this paper expounds the key points and bottlenecks of maintenance with restart,and proposes solutions from the perspective of design and construction. After this technology is put into application,the coke oven is in stable operation, which proves that it is feasible to adopt this technology for maintenance with shutdown and restart.

 Through comparison of the fineness of coal charge before and after the cross screen of coal crusher, the result shows that the additional pre-screen can reduce over-crushing, with the proportion of <0.5 mm coal drop by 14.68% and increase coal charge per oven by 1.1 tons, with dust reduction by 2.3 t/d.  In consideration of the uneven heating in vertical direction of 7.63 m battery at present and according to the traditional theory and unique feature of coke oven structure,a test was carried out for heating adjustment to shorten the gas combustion flame in the vertical flue,the result was not satisfactory. Under the control method of“low standard temperature and low pressure of heating gas”, the uniformity of vertical direction heating has been improved to some extent.

 In this paper, selection and practice of desulfurization and ammonia removal process are introduced for COG treatment. A new technology combining improved AS circulation scrubbing for desulfurization and ammonia removal is adopted. This new technology is characterized with rich solution decyanation and pressurized deacidification based on conventional AS desulfurization making concentrated ammonia liquor, without producing waste desulfurization liquid and sulfur slurry.

 Because of the complex composition of concentrated brine, difficult to treat, it is therefore, the bottleneck of zero discharge of wastewater. Electro-dialysis and EDMB membrane treatment were used to carry out the concentrated brine pilot test study, with salt concentration in the treated water less than 5 g/L.
