Abstract: During stamp-charge battery operation，coal box deformation commonly occurs in the coking industry，it would cause environment pollution，such as charging emission and flame，even result in coal cake collapse，which affects normal production of coke oven. Through analysis，solutions are put forward to lay a solid foundation for coke oven operation in a stable，sustainable and high-efficient manner.
