Abstract:

Objective To analyze the application value of endoscopic retrograde appendicitis surgery in the treatment of acute uncomplicated appendicitis. Method From January 2023 to December 2024, 82 patients with acute uncomplicated appendicitis in Liangxiang Hospital of Fangshan District in Beijing were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic appendectomy, and the observation group was treated with endoscopic retrograde appendectomy. The differences of perioperative related indexes between the two groups were compared, and the changes of infl ammatory reaction and oxidative stress indexes before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Result The

intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the postoperative ambulation time, hospitalization time and anal exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the postoperative pain score 24 hours was lower than that of the control group, the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Before operation, there was no significant difference in inflammatory response and stress response between the two groups (P > 0.05). 24 hours after operation, the levels of procalcitonin, C-reactive protein and malondialdehyde in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of superoxide dismutase was higher than that in the control group, the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic retrograde appendicitis surgery has the advantages of minimally invasive and less postoperative complications, which can reduce the injury caused by surgery and improve the prognosis of patients.
