Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of systematic holistic nursing on postoperative wound edema and quality of life in patients with perianal abscess. Method From January 2019 to January 2020, there were 64 patients with perianal abscess surgery treated in Municipal Hospital of Qingdao. They were divided into observation groups and control groups according to the random digital table method. The control group is given conventional nursing, and the observation group gives systematic overall care. By investigating the wound edema situation, patient satisfaction, and quality of life of the two groups after nursing, the perianal wound edema score and health survey scale 36 were used to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Result The edema scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).

The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group; the physiological function, psychological function, and sleep quality of the observation group Self -care scores are higher than the control group, the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Systematic overall care for patients with perianal abscess can effectively improve the effect of surgery, reduce surgical wound edema, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve patient prognosis.
