According to the results of random odd and even lot drawing, the observation group (odd lot, 45 cases) and the control group (even lot, 45 cases) were divided. The control group took routine care. The observation group implemented predictive care. The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting after surgery in the two groups were observed and counted, The changes of quality of life scores before and after nursing were evaluated. Result The incidences of nausea, vomiting, cough and

other adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); At the same time, the scores of the corresponding items of the quality of life of the patients in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P < 0.05).
