Abstract:

Primary liver cancer lacks obvious typical clinical manifestations in the early stage, once obvious symptoms or signs appear, the disease has mostly entered the middle and advanced stages, most of them have lost the opportunity for surgery when they are diagnosed, and some operable patients have early recurrence after surgery and have a poor prognosis. Therefore, non-surgical treatments such as targeted therapy, immunotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, vascular interventional therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine therapy have significant effects on the treatment of liver cancer in the middle and advanced stages, especially targeted therapy for liver cancer is a hot topic now. In this paper, this article reviews the current research progress of targeted therapy for liver cancer and the research status of combination with other treatments.
