Abstract:

Pancreatic cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the worst prognosis, with a five-year survival rate of less than 10%, and surgical resection is currently the main treatment method. However, due to the lack of typical clinical manifestations in the early stage of pancreatic cancer, it is usually diagnosed in the late stage of the disease, and most patients lose the opportunity of surgical treatment, while other treatments bring poor efficacy, therefore, early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is more and more important in clinical practice, and early diagnosis will greatly improve the prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients. More and more studies have shown that the occurrence of pancreatic cancer is related to the alteration of microflora in human body. In this paper, we summarize the current research on human microflora and pancreatic cancer development, and explore the changes of human

microflora in the development of pancreatic cancer and the possible mechanisms of action. Human microbes are expected to be markers for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, which may open a new pathway for biomarkers and targeted therapy.
