This paper presents an overview of the vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization process,including the characteristics and hazards associated with desulfurization waste liquid. It also analyzescurrent treatment methods for desulfurization waste liquid,such as chemical precipitation,IPEDCN,catalytic oxidation,ion exchange adsorption,salt extraction,membrane separation, andhydrolysis. The research progress of each method is discussed,along with their respective advantagesand disadvantages.Finally,recommendations are provided for the treatment of waste liquid resultingfrom vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization.

The checker bricks of all 144 regenerators for two 7.63 m coke ovens of WISCO Co.,Ltd. were replaced in complete row,which solved the problem of insufficient temperature of coke oven due to checker brick deformation. The lateral wall coefficient of coke oven is increased from 0.5 to 0.88,and coke quality is  improved,preventing potential environmental problems caused by not fully-coking coke.

active carbon by application of JNWFG oven developed by ACRE as well as the product quality and uses are introduced briefly. The feasibility of producing coal based particulate active carbon by“one�step”process,which refers to realization of carbonization of low rank fine coal and activation of semi coke in the same chamber of JNWFG furnace,has been proved by the achievement of the research. The optimizing direction of the“one-step”process is also proposed in the paper.

This paper compares the working principles and performance of disc feeders and 
electromagnetic vibrating feeders in the coal preparation system of Qian’an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Company. It also analyzes how climatic conditions, moisture and coal quality affect the accuracy of coal blending and the qualification rate of feeding. It suggests that keeping the moisture of a single type of coal in the silo below 15% can ensure a coal blending accuracy above 90%,which can improve the coal blending quality and reduce the operating cost.

Based on the data recorded of the battery basement,the YOLOv4-tiny single stage target 
detection algorithm is used to detect the status of the reversing machine and waste gas disc.Due to the slow reasoning speed of YOLOv4-tiny,the real-time requirements can not be achieved,in that case,the YOLOv4-tiny algorithm shall be improved.The Rep VGG network framework is used to replace the original backbone feature extraction network CSPDarknet53 framework,and the Rep-YOLOv4-tiny algorithm is obtained.The size of the model is greatly reduced to only 13 343 KB,which reduces the hardware requirements and makes it easier to deploy on the hardware platform.The reasoning speed is increased after optimization,the detection speed reaches 24.76 frames/s,and the average accuracy 
reaches 99.88%,which realizes the real-time detection of the waste gas disc state and meets the specific requirements of plant.

During acid-making from waste desulfurization liquid,the incinerated furnace gas contains 
harmful impurities such as dust,fluorine and chlorine.If such impurities are not removed,they will intoxicate the acid-making catalyst.The activity and service life of acid-making catalyst will also be reduced.The quality of acid product will be influenced ubsequently.After incineration,the furnace gas purification is the basis for long-term stable operation of acid-making.Wet purification with dilute acid as scrubbing absorbent is a very effective treatment method.Therefore,circulating and renewal of scrubbing liquor volume,operating efficiency of scrubber and electric demister are the key factors influencing furnace gas purification efficiency.
