7.63 m 焦炉蓄热室格子砖通排更换方法及实践

Abstract

Abstract: The checker bricks of all 144 regenerators for two 7.63 m coke ovens of WISCO Co.，Ltd. were replaced in complete row，which solved the problem of insufficient temperature of coke oven due to checker brick deformation. The lateral wall coefficient of coke oven is increased from 0.5 to 0.88，and coke quality is improved，preventing potential environmental problems caused by not fully-coking coke.
