Abstract: This paper analyzes the mechanism of corrosion of ammonia liquor generated during coke 
making for the tank body. Advantages and disadvantages of conventional anti-corrosion materials and polymer solvent-free coatings applied in inner wall of ammonia liquor tank are provided in this paper. In addition, safety advantages of applying polymer solvent-free coatings during fire operation and how to guarantee construction quality are illustrated in the paper.
