According to the analysis of benzol scrubbing process,the main factors influencing the scrubbing efficiency are found out.For the problems of high benzol content after the scrubber,low benzol content in rich oil and low spray density,an additional circulating stage of semi-rich oil is provided in the benzol scrubber.The problem of high gas temperature at downstream of the scrubber is solved by adjusting the chilled water quantity and establishing regular cleaning rule for the cooler.

It is analyzed in this paper that the blackening of vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization liquid resulted from excessive high content of ammonia in gas.A solution is proposed that a buffer tank is installed by the desulfurization column for changing the blackened desulfurization liquid and controlling the ammonia content at the gas inlet which could effectively solve the problem and stabilize production.
