The influence of CDQ chamber level,gas coke ratio,circulating air flow and material stay time to the average grain size of coke before and after change of CDQ operation mode was studied.Countermeasures were taken to optimize the production.After optimization,the coke grain size was stable and improved,and gas yield was increased,while power consumption was reduced.

The development trend and problems of large centralized de-dusting system are introduced.It is proposed that constant pressure value can be used to control the designed flow.The constant pressure can be controlled with the help of pressure sensors and valve positioning actuator.The test run air flow can be adjusted by programmable control.Therefore,the system resistance can be balanced during start-up,commissioning and operation,and consequently the de-dusting effect is satisfying.

Four catalystsare selected to prepare O-Phenylphenol (OPP) by dibenzofuran hydrogenation.The optimium temperature,pressure and air speed are determined for hydrogenation reaction,and the optimal catalyst is determined.The optimium conditions for dibenzofuran hydrogenation are:center reaction temperature 430℃,reaction pressure 2.0MPa,mass air speed 0.05h-1.GC is adopted for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the products.Recovery rate of OPP is 60.03%,and BP is 34.27%.The conversion rate of DBF is up to 97.76%.
