Abstract:

Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint sticking combined with rehabilitation therapy on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in elderly patients. Method From February 2020 to February 2022, 300 elderly patients after gastrointestinal surgery in the Second People's Hospital of Pingliang were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group (150 cases, receiving conventional treatment) and the observation group (150 cases) by random number table method. , and acupoint sticking combined with rehabilitation therapy), the recovery of gastrointestinal function, the improvement of quality of life and the improvement of nutritional status were compared between the two groups. Result The hospitalization time, defecation time, eating time, bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05). After treatment, the scores of various indicators of the quality of life in the two groups were improved, and the observation group was more prominent than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of albumin and hemoglobin between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05). After treatment, the levels of albumin and hemoglobin in the two groups were increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of acupoint sticking combined with rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation, improves the quality of life and nutritional status of patients, and promotes the recovery of patients.
