In this paper,the features of oven proper structure of new type large capacity coke oven and application in new technology for cokemaking are described.The vertical distribution of bracking force in different regions of new type large capacity coke oven is analyzed and demonstrated.A new concept in design for this type of buckstay is put forward.By numerical simulation,static analysis for the buckstay is made,and a suitable buckstay structure is obtained.

Analysis is made for two kinds of modified coals of Liulin high sulfur coking coal and Russian fat coal.Commonly-used coking coals of the same kind are also respectively analyzed.The result shows that the Liulin high sulfur coking coal and Russian fat coal belong to individual kind of coal of premium quality coking coal,with high G value and Y value,which are basic coal kinds for coal blending.The 20 kg pilot oven test shows that the two kinds of modified coals can produce coke of better quality and have high compatibility with other coal kinds.The commercial production shows that the two kinds of coals can improve coke quality and reduce the coal blending cost.

It is concluded that the main causes of cracks on the gooseneck are excessive angle of inclination at LP ammonia liquor spray nozzle,graphite deposited in the gooseneck,which needs to be frequently removed,as well as much impurities in the ammonia liquor.A new LP ammonia liquor spraying device can lower the gooseneck temperature,reduce the free space temperature on oven top to extend graphite cleaning intervals and improve the troubleshooting in case of PROven system failure,which can remarkably minimize the cracking on the gooseneck.Finally,cold welding process by manual arc welding is adopted to repair the gooseneck cracks and the result is satisfactory.
