Based on the principle of heat balance,the variation trend of heat transfer and temperature of waste gas in ascension pipe is calculated.It is calculated that the radiating heat transfer has a greater influence on the heat transfer process of ascension pipe,and the existence of the radiant heat transfer significantly increases the heat transfer coefficient.Compared with the existence of convective heat transfer,mixing heat transfer stimulates the change of raw gas in temperature field in the ascension pipe,and the average temperature of cross-section is lower than that of pure convection.The existence of radiating heat transfer results in decrease of the average temperature of the cross section.

A charging device is developed for high temperature materials continuously charged into shaft chamber in principle of CDQ process.This charging device can realize uniform material distribution of the shaft chamber with rotary distributor as a core and by using additional functions such as single-ring distribution,multi-ring distribution and discharging point adjustment,etc..Main structures are arranged outside the chamber,which can ensure long service life of equipment and safe and easy maintenance.

For products restructuring of 58-I type coke oven, transforming from producing FC83 coke to FC80 coke and low cost briquetting technology without binder is developed.A pilot test by 200 kg oven shows that M10 of coke is improved by 0.40% and the CSR is increased by 1.25% under the precondition of 25% coal mixed into briquetting coal and with the briquetting pressure of 25 MPa.

ue to the effect of CDQ bell to coke distribution into the CDQ chamber, study and analysis were made in this paper.Test was done for coke distribution upon different bell sizes.The result shows that the inhomogeneity of coke distribution gets worse with CDQ chamber diameter increasing.The key to solve the temperature segregation inside the chamber and to improve the system resistance distribution is to select appropriate diameter CDQ bell for the coke distribution.

This paper simulated direct and indirect heating ammonia water distillation process by using Aspen Plus software.The simulation results were presented.Moreover,the equipment selection & cost,process energy consumption and operation economy between direct and indirect heating distillation were also compared.In conclusion,direct heating distillation had less equipment investment and lower energy consumption.However,indirect heating distillation had lower operation cost.

This paper studies the factors impacting the preparation for Meso Carbon Mirco Bead (MCMBs),such as reaction temperature,reaction time,solvent categories and surface heat treatment,etc..The result indicates that the yield of MCMBs increased when the temperature rosed at first,and became the maximum at 430 ℃.However,it decreased with the temperature went on increasing.The particle size of MCMBs increased with the adding react time and the smoothness of the surface on MCMBs could be improved through heat treatment.And the process safety could be improved when N,N-dimethyl aniline (DMF) replaced toluene.Under the right condition,MCMBs with 10~15 μm particle size and specific capacity more than 350 mAh/g could be obtained.

In order to prove the feasibility of using stilled water in DeNOx reactor,a lab test was done for ammonia distillation to analyze the composition of distillate.The result shows that the stilled water after ammonia distillation contains oil phase,which would poison the catalyst and cause higher cost in adding NaOH for neutralization reaction due to sulfur ion,chorion and others metallic ion in the purified ammonia liquor.In conclusion,the stilled water is not suitable for application in coke oven waste gas DeNOx.
