Based on the carbonization and gasification features of Fushun furnace,material calculation for Xinjiang oil shale in Fushun carbonization furnace is carried out by comprehensive calculations.As a result,a general material calculation method is obtained for the carbonization process of oil shale in Fushun furnace.The calculation result by this method provides basis for production check,technology and equipment evaluation,control,analysis and measurement of material,understanding of process material distribution and selection and design of purification and delivery equipment.

In order to study the properties of coking coal at different grain sizes,Zhaogezhuang fat coal,Hailing 1/3 coking coal,Mucun coking coal and Sangei lean coal are screened by 10mm,5mm,3mm and 1mm screens.Coal quality analysis and coal petrography analysis are carried out for each individual coal at different grain sizes.Influence of coal kind and coal grade to coking coal property is studied,which provides certain theoretical basis for selective crushing process of individual coals.

This paper studies the influence of ash on the initial solution reaction temperature of coke after coke is added with different amount of ash through experiment.The initial solution reaction temperature of coke deceases with the increasing of ash.The initial solution reaction temperature decreases from 941.6℃ to 927.7℃ with the addition of ash content from 1.63% to 20%.Fe2O3,CaO and MgO work as catalyst to the solution reaction of coke,while SiO2 and Al2O3 has little influence to the solution reaction of coke.

This paper introduces the change of process and coke quality after modifying the 4.3m top charging coke oven battery to stamp charging. After the modification,the coke yield has almost remained same as before,while the coke strength at cold and hot conditions has increased,and the coke screening has been improved,the metallurgical coke rate could be increased by 2.5%,coke nut yield has been reduced by 1.5%,and coke breeze yield has been reduced by 0.5%.

This paper analyzes the reason for abnormal CDQ discharging temperature.Measures such as optimizing operation,treatment of floating coke,center and surrounding air ration adjustment and leakage prevention of the system are taken to control the discharging temperature in normal range.Therefore the production of CDQ system is stabilized.

This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors based on production realities for the problem of blockage in ammonia stripper which has impacted stable operation of the system,and proposes optimization and modification for oil discharging in source liquor,alkali dosing mixer and feeding process for ammonia stripper,which has reduced the blockage of ammonia stripper trays and greatly improved the operation stability of the system. In addition,the NH3-N content in wastewater from ammonia stripping could be stably controlled within 100~200mg/L.

This paper introduces the three methods of reducing total cyanide concentration in coke plant wastewater.The test shows that the methods of coke absorption and flocculant dosing to oil removal tank are both effective.Coke absorption method will increase labor intensity,so it is not a good option; while the method of dosing flocculant to oil removal tank with self-pressure blowdown system could not only reduce the total cyanide concentration and also benefit the biochemical treatment process.
