The paper introduces the existing technology of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification for industrial application.Combined with the research on parameters and components of the flue in the coke oven,the paper offers the technology routes of coke oven flue gas desulfurization and medium\|low temperature denitrification,and presents the contents and results of pilot scale test on the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification,furthermore,the solution to the flue gas purification of coke oven is finally put forward.

The traditional coal blending coking theory could not adapt modern coal source conditions as it is established based on single type of coal.It is necessary to determine the caking and coking properties of coking coal according to Chinese classification principles of coal and reflectance distribution diagram of commercial coal,which could also identify the degree of mixed coal,correctly evaluate the property of mixed coal and its role in coking coal blending,and make appropriate coal blending scheme through coking in small coke ovens.The test shows that reasonable use of mixed coal in coal blending could reduce negative factors of mixed coal in coal blending so that coke of high quality could be produced which could meet the requirement of blast furnace production.

This paper comprehensively analyzes A type coking coal with methods of coal petrography reflectance detection,Gieseler fluidity measurement,coking test with single coal and coal blending coking test etc. The test shows that The G value,Y value and industrial analysis index of A type coal are similar with and even better than other coking coal of the same kind,but its micromaceral is abnormal,and the ratio between reactive and inert components is as high as 19.2,maximum fluidity is only 32ddpm,and the thermal intensity of the produced coke from the single coal is as low as 5.26%.

This paper mainly elaborates the application of coal petrographic analysis in identification of coal types and evaluation of mixed coal,guidance of coal blending,prediction of coke quality,guidance in reasonable sub-heap of coal sent to the plant and determination of optical texture of coke.The study shows that the vitrinite reflectance distribution diagram of coal petrographic analysis has obvious effects in identification of quality of coal sent to the plant and evaluation of mixed coal,which could optimize the coal blending scheme,stabilize coke quality and guide reasonable sub-heap of coal types.

This paper analyzes the reason of burnt loss rate of the coke with dry quenching.The burnt loss rate decreases from 1.2% to 0.9% through controlling related factors of burnt loss rate.Calculated as per 1 million ton of coke production,1 000 ton of coke can be reduced each year,and more than 1million economic benefits would be created,as well as the service life and interval time of annual overhaul for the CDQ chamber would be extended.

This paper studies the reason for high coking heat consumption of stamp-charging coke oven. The influence of moisture content,coke oven top space temperature,and waste gas temperature was studied.Under the precondition of ensuring coke quality,measures such as adopting suitable coke cake center temperature and suitable excess air coefficient,enhancing the management of coke oven proper temperature,and strictly controlling the operation of coke oven were taken to reduce the coking heat consumption. The effect turned out to be remarkable.

This paper introduces two routes to produce liquefied natural gas from coke oven gas: cryogenic liquefaction route and methanation route.Comparison of these two routes shows that the better investment mode for now is to firstly establish a plant with cryogenic liquefaction route for the purpose,and then reconstruct a methanation plant on basis of the established cryogenic liquefaction plant when the catalytic synthesis reaction of methanation route proves to be mature and reliable.
