This paper introduces the structure and corollary equipment of 200kg pilot coke oven.Coking experiments were performed to compare with 6m production coke oven.The result shows that the coke quality produced by the 200kg pilot coke oven has obvious linear relation with that produced by production coke oven.This relationship can be used to guide coal blending.

New problems were found after the improved coal moisture control technology was put into operation,and accordingly measures were taken to solve the problems.Afterwards the running rate of equipment increased,abnormal shutdown of dryer decreased,steam condensate was completely recovered,and dust deposition in bag was avoided.
