Abstract: Coal blending based on coal mines is used to reduce the cost of coal blending，including industrial analysis，detection of bonding indicators，analysis of lithotype of coal，and analysis of Gibbs flow ability indicators for each coal mines. Application of 40 kg pilot oven test on studying and comparison of clean coal quality for coking at each specific coal mines，coal blending is scientifically and reasonably adjusted by means of a series of cost reduction measures. The feasibility of coal blending ratio optimization is tested through 40 kg pilot oven test to ensure stable coke quality. It is therefore applied to 6 m top-charge battery，and annual cost reduction of over 40 million yuan can be achieved.
