Abstract: The high-sulfur and low-ash lean coals of Shanxi Fengkuang Supply Chain Management Co.，Ltd. are chosen to be used to reduce the cost of coal blending and improve the blending quality and efficiency. After proximate analysis，petrographic analysis and ash content analysis，the optimal ratio is adopted for production，based on the pilot oven test of single coal and blended coal. According to the coal sources condition，the ratio of 5% to 20% is added. Under the condition of ensuring the quality of coke，the cost has been reduced by more than 20 million RMB，and better economic benefits have been achieved.
