摘要: 煤化工浓盐水成分复杂、难处理,是废水零排放的瓶颈。以山西焦化污水深度处理反渗透装置产出的 浓盐水为试验对象,通过电渗析和 EDMB 膜处理相结合的工艺装置进行中试,其出水盐含量降至 5 g/L 以下, 同时产出了满足膜工艺和树脂工艺再生用的酸和碱,实现了焦化废水节能减排及资源化目标

Abstract:  Because of the complex composition of concentrated brine, difficult to treat, it is therefore, the bottleneck of zero discharge of wastewater. Electro-dialysis and EDMB membrane treatment were used to carry out the concentrated brine pilot test study, with salt concentration in the treated water less than 5 g/L. Through the process unit combining electro-dialysis and EDMB membrane treatment, the concentrated brine of reverse osmosis unit for wastewater advanced treatment of Shanxi Coking Company was used as the medium to produce acid and alkali for regeneration of membrane process and resin process to achieve the goal of energy conservation, emission reduction and resource recovery of coking wastewater.
