摘要: 本文介绍了“臭氧脱硝 + 湿式电除雾”技术在硫浆制酸尾气超低排放治理中的应用。技术升级改造后, 硫酸尾气中主要污染因子“颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物”的排放浓度,不仅满足 GB 16171 - 2012 大气污染 物特别排放限值要求;同时由于排放浓度大大低于指标要求,还减少了氮氧化物排放总量,为公司氮氧化物排 放总量控制做出了贡献。

Abstract: This paper introduces the application of “ozone denitrification + wet electric demisting” technology in treatment of ultra-low emissions of tail gas from sulfuric acid plant by using sulfur slurry. After the technical upgrading,the emissions of the main pollution factors,i.e. particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides in the sulfuric acid tail gas not only meet the special limit requirements of air pollutants in GB16171—2012,but also reduce the total amount of nitrogen oxide emissions from the sulfuric acid discharge as a result of the emission concentration much lower than the targets, making due contribution to the total nitrogen oxide control for the corporate
