摘要: 介绍了焦炉煤气净化过程脱硫脱氨工艺路线的选择与实践,设计了加强型 AS 法脱硫脱氨新工艺。其工 艺特点是在常规 AS 法脱硫基础上采用富液脱氰与加压脱酸,可以生产浓氨水,不产生脱硫废液和硫膏

Abstract:  In this paper, selection and practice of desulfurization and ammonia removal process are introduced for COG treatment. A new technology combining improved AS circulation scrubbing for desulfurization and ammonia removal is adopted. This new technology is characterized with rich solution decyanation and pressurized deacidification based on conventional AS desulfurization making concentrated ammonia liquor, without producing waste desulfurization liquid and sulfur slurry.
