Abstract:  The features of single-column negative pressure benzol removal process with customized intelligent control system are introduced，including its performance. This process is characterized with high efficiency of heat exchange，less waste water produced，good quality of circulating wash oil， free of residue，low wash oil consumption，no tail gas pollution，and high automation level during the entire operation. Through monitoring and analysis of operation data，it proved that the process is stable and reliable，with low energy consumption，high economic benefit，high automation level，which can meets the requirements of green production
