摘要:

炼焦生产过程中焦炉烟囱排放的大气污染物为焦炉煤气燃烧后产生的废气,主要有SO2、NOx及烟尘等,这些都是造成环境污染的重要因素。通过分析焦炉烟气中NOx生成机理,继而采用焦炉煤气贫化技术,可以减少烟气中NOx的含量,并且从源头上减少NOx的生成。

Abstract:

In the process of cokemaking,the atmospheric pollutant discharged from coke oven chimney is referred to as the waste flue gas after COG combustion,mainly including SO2,NOx and emission,etc.,which are the major causes of environmental pollution.By analyzing the mechanism of NOx formation in the waste flue gas and adopting the technology of COG dilution,the content of NOx in the flue gas can be dramatically reduced and the generation of NOx,therefore,can be rooted out.
