摘要:

通过对生产常用的不同炼焦煤种的镜质组平均最大反射率与单种煤试验焦炭热态性质之间的关联性分析,R0max在1.20%~1.40%的焦煤试验焦具有最好的CRI和CSR,可进行生产配比优化,指导日常生产,稳定焦炭质量。

Abstract:

 In this paper, analysis is made on the correlation between the mean maximum reflectance of commonly-used coal vitrinite and thermal properties of coke test from individual kind of coal.The result shows that R0max appears the best CRI and CSR produced from 1.20%~1.40% coking coal.Production optimization can be done by an appropriate coal blending as guidance for routine production and coke quality stabilization.
