摘要:

介绍了提升7.63m焦炉冶金焦平均粒度的研究实践,通过提高入炉煤品质、延长结焦时间、优化筛网尺寸及提高焦仓料位控制等措施,焦炭平均粒度提高了2.3mm,满足了5 800m3高炉恢复炉况的需要。

Abstract:

It introduces the research and practice on improving average  size of metallurgical coke produced by 7.63m coke oven battery.The average coke size increases by 2.3mm through upgrading coal quality,prolonging coking time,optimizing screen size and improving coke bunker  level control,therefore stable operation of 5 800m3 blast furnace can be satisfied.
