Abstract: Because the radial crack of the rotary kiln head wheel belt is 15 cm and the maximum
crack depth is 7 cm，the wheel belt should be replaced as a whole. According to the actual situation
on the spot，the reasonable supporting and hoisting scheme of the cylinder body is made，and the
alignment of the coaxial degree of the cylinder body，the flaw detection of the welding seam and
the gap adjustment of the wheel belt are all within the allowable error range after the wheel belt is
replaced，the wheel belt and the cushion plate are replaced safely and efficiently.
