Abstract: This paper introduces the working principle of the energy-efficient lime shaft kiln and the burning mechanism of the lining working layer,analyzes the advantages of wet spraying technology for the lining,and briefly describes the selection of spray coating, spraying process operation,ignition and drying kiln. Practice has proved that wet spraying technology can save a lot of maintenance funds,shorten the shutdown time of the kiln,and reduce the economic losses caused by kiln shutdown compared with the traditional refractory masonry technology,while improving the kiln wall effect,which can bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
