摘要: 介绍了以碳酸钙(CaCO3)、氢氧化钙 [Ca(OH)2] 和二氧化钛(TiO2)为原料,按钙钛配比为 1 配料,并加 入 3% 聚乙烯醇(PVA),经混料、成型、干燥后制备成 CaTiO3 材料试样,将试样分别在烧结温度 1 500 ℃、1 550 ℃、 1 600 ℃、1 650 ℃、1 700 ℃ 下煅烧后得到了烧成 CaTiO3 材料。利用 XRD 分析 CaTiO3 材料的物相组成,通过 SEM 分析其显微结构。

Abstract: In this paper, calcium carbonate(CaCO3),calcium hydroxide [Ca(OH)2] and titanium dioxide(TiO2) were used as raw materials, the ratio of calcium to titanium was 1,and 3% poly PVA was added. After mixing, molding and drying, CaTiO3 samples were prepared. The samples were sintered at 1 500 ℃ , 1 550 ℃ , 1 600 ℃,1 650 ℃,1 700 ℃ respectively. XRD was used to analyze the phase composition of CaTiO3 material, and SEM was used to analyze its microstructure.
