摘要: 介绍了多喷嘴对置式气化炉的内衬耐火材料配置。为提高产能,对气化炉的内衬耐火材料进行了优化,扩大 了气化炉有效容积,并对扩能改造前后气化炉的炉衬结构进行了传热分析。结果表明,通过优化调整不同炉衬的厚度, 保证了钢壳外壁温度基本保持不变,经过现场逐步应用已达到扩产效果。但是改造后初期耐火材料寿命显著下降,通 过提高耐火材料性能,改进型高铬砖已基本满足气化炉的使用要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the refractory lining of opposed multi-burner gasifier. In order to improve the production capacity, the lining refractory of the gasifier was optimized, the effective volume of the gasifier was expanded, and the heat transfer analysis of the gasifier lining structure before and after the capacity expansion was carried out. The results show that by optimizing and adjusting the thickness of different linings, the outer wall temperature of the steel shell is basically kept unchanged, and the production expansion effect has been achieved field application step by step. However, the service life of refractories decreased significantly in the early stage after transformation. By improving the refractory performance,the improved high chrome brick has basically met the service requirements of gasifier.
