摘要: 对某钢厂侵蚀异常的铁水包用铝碳化硅碳砖进行了解析,并对侵蚀机理进行了研究,结果表明:侵蚀异常的原因主要是熔渣中MnO导致,高含量的MnO使得砖中硅酸锰等低熔相大量增加,在高温铁水的冲刷下产生熔蚀性熔损。

Abstract:

The Al2O3-SiC-C brick used in iron ladle of a steel mill was analyzed,and the erosion mechanism was studied as well. The results show that the abnormal erosion is mainly caused by MnO in the slag,and the high content of MnO makes the low-melting phase in the brick such as manganese silicate greatly increase and the molten damage generate under the scouring of high-temperature molten iron.
