摘要: 防氧化剂加入种类对镁碳砖的性能十分重要,本文以电熔镁砂、鳞片石墨、液体树脂为主要原料研究了防氧化剂加入种类对电炉镁碳砖体积密度、显气孔率、常温耐压强度、高温抗折强度、加热永久线变化、抗渣性能的影响。结果表明: (1) 添加防氧化剂后,镁碳砖的体积密度、常温耐压强度均有所下降; (2) 防氧化剂碳化硼、金属硅粉的引入使试样发生微膨胀,有利于提高镁碳砖的高温体积稳定性; (3) 添加防氧化剂金属硅粉的试样具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract:

The type of antioxidant is very important to the performance of magnesia carbon bricks.In this paper,fused magnesia,flake graphite and liquid resin are used as the main raw materials and  the effects of the antioxidant types on the bulk density,apparent porosity,cold compressive strength,modulus of rupture at elevated temperatures,permanent changes in dimension and slag resistance are studied.The result shows that firstly both bulk density and cold compressive strength of magnesia carbon brick decrease after adding the antioxidant;secondly the micro expansion of the sample by introducing the antioxidant boron carbide and metal silicon powder is beneficial to the improvement of high-temperature volume stability of magnesia carbon brick;thirdly the sample with antioxidant metal silicon powder has good comprehensive performance.
