易爆石灰石爆裂机理与影响因素分析

摘要:

马家沟组石灰石在预热和焙烧过程中易爆裂产生粉末,严重影响石灰的正常生产,其质量不能满足用户需求。为此,对马家沟组石灰石的性能与峰峰组石灰石进行了对比研究,得出马家沟组石灰石爆裂的主要原因是含有不稳定文石相,氧化程度较弱,结构中存在大量闭气孔和闭裂纹等,致使石灰石在加热过程中发生相变和体积膨胀,从而使得石灰石产生内应力造成碎裂。与此同时,对影响石灰石爆裂的因素进行了分析,并提出了针对性措施。

Abstract:

Majiagou group limestone in preheating and roasting process easily break into powder,seriously affect the normal production of lime,its quality cannot meet the needs of users.By comparative study of the properties of limestone in Majiagou group and Fengfeng group,the results show that the main reasons of limestone breaking in Majiagou formation include unstable aragonite phase,weak oxidation degree and a large number of closed pores and cracks in the structure,resulting in phase transition and volume expansion  of linestone in heating process.At the same time,the factors affecting the limestone breaking are analyzed,and the targeted measures are put forward.
