This paper introduces the pilot oven research on coal blending structure in long coking time of 6 m and 7 m batteries in Handan Coking Plant in new normal state of limited production for environmental purpose.Coke quality prediction model and coal blending composition adjustment model are defined under long coking time of different oven types.Application is done in production, which shows a good result.

This paper introduces the actual situation of the experimental burning of the semi-coke by using a high-rate circulating fluidized bed boiler.Discussion mainly focuses on operation adjustment,boiler energy efficiency and environmental performance,etc..Test result shows that the thermal efficiency of the semi-coke fired high-rate circulating fluidized bed boiler can reach up to 88%~90%;NOx emission concentration is higher than the designed emission limit of the boiler,which should needs to take measures such as SNCR and SCR to meet the requirement for environmental protection;the emission of SO2 is extremely low,thus there is no need to use environmental equipment.After analysis,selecting an appropriate feed particle size distribution and the air excess coefficient are effective measures to improve the efficiency of the semi-coke fired circulating fluidized bed boiler so as to provide suggestive ideas for development and operation of the semi-coke fired boiler.

The sulfur content,coke rate and sulfur residual ratio of single coal and blended coal were determined by conducting 40 kg coke oven experiment.Thus the prediction equation for coke sulfur content in blended coal was established.The result shows that it is feasible to predict the coke sulfur content in blended coal by accumulating single coal datum.When the coke sulfur content of blended coal is no higher than 1%,the average absolute error is about 0.03%~0.05%.

In view of the problems in manually selecting the setting values of GCM negative pressure for 7.63 m coke ovens, improvement was done for the GCM pressure regulation to realize automatic changeover under 3 pressure values for 6 sections of GCMs in three durations such as production or maintenance so as to improve automation level for super-high capacity coke ovens.

The consumption of washing oil per ton of benzene recovery was reduced from 70 kg to 30 kg by improving the process of benzol stripping and optimizing operation parameters.Crude benzol recovery rate was also increased.With negative pressure collection technology,the gas vent from top of each tank in the benzol unit can be transferred to the gas system before the primary cooler.As a result,VOCs emission can be discharged as per environmental regulation,environment protection level was upgraded to a new high.

With rapid development of lithium-ion batteries,improving electrochemical performance of graphite anode is of great importance.Modification on the coating of natural graphite can effectively improve the electrochemical properties of graphite anode.Coal-based soft asphalt has a wide range of sources and low price,which is a high-quality raw material for the preparation of coated pitch.In this paper,a method of preparing coated pitch from coal series soft asphalt is introduced and influencing factors in the test are discussed.The coated pitch can effectively improve the electrochemical performance of graphite anode,and a new way of preparing coated pitch is proposed.

To solve the problems of desulfurization capacity reduction caused by monoethanolamine (MEA) deterioration in the COG desulfurization system, and the increased consumption of MEA due to thermally stable salts generated in the process, physical properties of the amine liquid and its major composition are determined through physical and chemical analysis of desulfurization of amine liquid.The thermally stable salt content of amine solution in desulfurization system can be maintained around 1% by the dynamic amine solution purification process of filter element-activated carbon-anion exchange resin.

Because the H2S and SO2 content exceeds the maximum level in tail gas of the Claus furnace system,it has a serious impact on the downstream production after the desulfurization column,i.e.higher H2S in gas and higher sulfide in biological wastewater.The sulfur reactor is upgraded to two-stage reaction,with less tail gas to reduce the heat exchange area of the waste heat boiler.It is also added with one more sulfur separator.

When lifting the coke bucket by crane and charging the red-hot coke into the CDQ chamber through charging device,escaping dust is found at the joint between the coke bucket lid and the CDQ chamber,around the coke bucket,and at the joint between the charging chute and the skirt of the charging device,which is caused by actual pressure fluctuation varying with coke charging at the CDQ chamber mouth.In this paper,through the optimization of the movable dedusting duct sealing device,the improvement of the deformation resistance of the movable hood and the innovation of the chute top sealing device,the dust escaping from the charging device can be effectively controlled,and the ambient environment can be improved.
