Abstract: This paper analyzed the overall operating conditions of benzol stripper and studied the effect of operating parameters on Cl- content in crude benzol．According to the actual situation and in order to ensure that the Cl- content in crude benzene reaches the standard，the stripper top temperature should be controlled at about 80 ℃，the stripper top pressure at about -30 kPa，and the bottom pressure at about -20 kPa．The research shows that the amount of steam added and the reflux flow rate are inversely proportional to the Cl- content in crude benzol．The overall change trend of Cl- content of lean and rich oil is the same as that of crude benzol．
