Abstract: The resource utilization of by-product gas is a critical path to realize the energy conservation and emission reduction of integrated iron & steel works．This paper introduces characteristics of byproduct gas with deep purification technology and resource utilization technology of producing chemical products from by-product gas，key application cases are also listed．It is pointed out that the resource utilization of by-product gas has great advantages and its future development trend is briefly described.
