Abstract: Shanxi Xinggao Energy Co.，Ltd. currently uses the QRD-2000 environment-friendly stampcharging
horizontal heat recovery coke oven with side coal charging and coke pushing. The plant has
been in continuous and stable production for over ten years，but long-term high-temperature operation
has caused some components of the coke oven to crack，affecting its overall tightness，integrity，
and safety. The plant successfully replaced the upper flash plate of the coke oven without stopping
production or shutting down the oven，ensuring its continuous and efficient operation，and filling the
gap in the hot repair technology of coke ovens of the same type .
