Abstract: The service life of coke oven battery is around 25 years. At the late stage of service life，
the battery gradually ages，oven walls suffer deformation and erosion due to long-term temperature
fluctuations，mechanical impact and friction，especially after battery shutdown-cooling，the refractory
brickwork is severely damaged，which seriously affects stable production of coke oven. Therefore，it is
of great significance to do a good job in battery protection fo r longer service life of the battery.
