A comprehensive analysis has been made to CDQ refractories from aspects of different materials,bricklaying method,and routine maintenance during operation and damage mechanism.The crux of the problem has been found.Accordingly measures have been taken so as to have a longer service life of the CDQ chamber,lower operating cost and higher steam generation as a 

result.
