Logistic management plays a significant role in international EPC coking projects.With trend of FOB being transformed to CIF and DAP for terms of delivery in recent years,the logistics management becomes increasingly important to international projects.The level of logistic management would not only impact on the progress,but also affect the cost and profit of the project.This paper analyzes the features of logistic management in international EPC coking projects,summarizes the critical steps interlinked with logistic management and studies the factors for logistic cost control in the coking projects.
