Under constant temperature conditions,the No.3 adsorbent and the β-methylnaphthalene raw material are uniformly stirred,and then left to be adsorbed after sealing.After saturated adsorption,the surface of the adsorbent is washed with an isocyanate solvent,desorbed with N,N-dimethylformamide,and the content of β-methylnaphthalene is determined by gas chromatography.The effects of saturated adsorption amount,adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption result are studied.Under suitable conditions,β-methylnaphthalene could be purified to over 98.5%.
