This paper introduces the situation of residue removal from crude benzol tank and evaluates the potential risks during the removing operation.Measures are taken,such as modifying the existing facilities, removing the residue out of the tank,recovering the crude benzol,which can greatly save treatment cost and can be used as reference for similar plants.
