Abstract:

Analysis is made for the change of water quality before and after wet quenching by testing different waste water sources.The result shows that a finite concentration of waste water used as wet quenching source can not only ensure a stable operation for the quenching process，but also minimize the pollutants in the waste water，which is proved a better solution than using clean fresh water.
