Abstract:

Operating costs and operating status of the gas purification plant before and after shutdown of the solvent extraction dephenolization unit are analyzed in this paper.The result shows that the solvent extraction dephenolization unit has many functions，such as minimizing blockage of downstream units，cutting down bio-chemical unit loads，guaranteeing coking waste water discharge index and reducing the operation cost in gas purification plant.
