摘要： 阐明了焦炉交换传动装置断链的危害，介绍了多种断链检测形式，通过该系统的检测、报警及连锁功能，可避免因拉杆系统断裂造成焦炉生产事故，保证焦炉的安全生产。

Abstract:

In this paper, the harm of broken-chain in reversing device is described.Several detections are introduced against broken-chain.The function of the detection, alarm and interlock system can protect the coke oven against accident due to the broken tie rod system so as to ensure safe operation of the coke oven.
