干熄焦环境除尘颗粒物超低排放的改造

摘要:

通过对焦化厂干熄焦环境除尘颗粒物超低排放改造的研究与对比,最终选用覆膜形式的折叠滤筒过滤材料,可加大除尘器的过滤面积,降低滤料的过滤风速和阻力,实现颗粒物的超低排放,同时,通过调整除尘电机转速,可实现节电目的。

Abstract:

Through research and options comparison regarding modification on CDQ dedusting system for ultra-low emission,a foldable filtering material with film is selected for the filtering candle,which can increase the filtering area of the bagfilter,reduce the filtering air speed and resistance so as to realize ultra-low emission.Furthermore,the dedusting fan speed can be adjusted for power saving.
