摘要:

焦炉煤气脱硫产生的脱硫废液含有高浓度的有毒物质,这种废液若不经过处理直接排入生化工段,将严重威胁生化系统正常运行,甚至导致生化系统瘫痪。邯宝焦化厂与中科院合作,对真空碳酸钾法脱硫废液进行解毒研究,采用沉淀和混凝技术对高浓度硫氰废水进行处理,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:

Desulfurization waste water from COG desulfuration unit contains high concentrations toxics,which,if discharged without being treated,would jeopardize biochemical system running even deactivate the biochemical system.Hanbao Coking Plant cooperates with Chinese Academy of Sciences to study the detoxification for the desulfurization waste water of vacuum potassium carbonate process and treat the high sulfur and cyanide waste water by sedimentation and coagulation technology,which has achieved a good result.
