摘要:

通过对竖炉型烧结矿冷却及余热回收技术的研发,解决了其主要技术难题,基于干法熄焦技术原理,构建了竖炉型烧结矿冷却及余热回收工艺。研究表明,采用竖炉型烧结矿冷却及余热回收技术可有效提升热烧结矿余热资源的回收率与再转化效率,降低烧结生产的工序能耗。

Abstract:

Through research & development of sinter cooling in shaft chamber and its waste heat recovery,the technical bottlenecks are tackled and the technologies of sinter cooling in shaft chamber and its waste heat recovery are established based on CDQ  design philosophy.The result shows that the technologies can effectively improve the rate of resource recovery and secondary conversion efficiency and reduce energy consumption in sintering production.
