摘要:

龙固肥煤在用煤结构优化中的应用研究表明,与其他肥煤相比,龙固肥煤具有低灰、低硫、黏结性强、结焦性好等特点,在现有的用煤结构中具有良好的配伍性,可以任一比例替代其他肥煤,替代后焦炭的灰分、硫分降低;反应性降低,反应后强度提高;抗碎强度提高,但耐磨强度稍有劣化。龙固肥煤可视为用煤结构中的主体煤种,其产地可作为煤源基地。

Abstract:

Gasification reaction tests with CO2 are carried out for coke of three grain sizes,and corresponding gasification reaction characteristic data are obtained.The tests show that the gasification reaction characteristic data of coke breeze less than 0.074mm are not related with CRI,so it can be used to evaluate the chemical reactivity of coke matrix only,and cannot be used to evaluate the gasification reaction characteristic of coke; the gasification reaction characteristic data of 3~6mm coke are related with CRI,so it can be used as the index for evaluating the gasification reaction characteristic of coke.
